Tuitions include Lunch along with an AM and PM Snack

Tuition is due each week by the close of business on Tuesday. For those enrolled in the morning program, payment is due prior to the first of each month.

To maintain the high standards of care you expect and demand of us, and which we expect and demand of ourselves and our staff, tuition must be paid on time. Accounts in arrears will be subject to the late payment penalty. In addition, the following rules apply without exception:

Accounts past due on Friday will be suspended and your child(ren) will not be permitted to attend until the account is brought up to date.

Accounts past due more than seven days will be canceled and referred to our attorney for collection. All costs incurred relative to the collection of fees due, including but not limited to, interest at the maximum rate allowed by law, fees paid to collection agents, reasonable attorney's fees and all court costs will be added to the amount outstanding.

Canceled accounts accepted for reinstatement are required to make an advance payment equal to four weeks or two months tuition, whichever is applicable.


6. Late Pickup:


$1.00 per minute

It is imperative that parents adhere strictly to our closing time or 7:00 p.m. No grace period is offered or permitted. If you know that you will be late, please call so we can re-assure your child and plan accordingly. Calling, however, will not waive the fee but it will make your child more comfortable. There are, of course, unique circumstances which may cause you to be delayed and unable to contact us. Although we do understand this it does, nonetheless, increase our costs and we must pass this additional expense on to you. We view this simply as a cost control measure and it is by no means intended to be punative when only ocassionally required. Continual late pick-up's, however, may lead to cancellation of your account.



7. Returned Check Fee:


$25.00 per check
